The EUIPO’s Second Board of Appeal decided that Dior’s Saddle bag is not distinctive with respect to handbags. Channel 2 Action News has learned that at least two people were shot after gunfire broke out at Perimeter Mall Friday night.

At least one person has been taken into custody.
