On Thursday, March 9, Eureka shared a new Instagram carousel showing a document detailing her legal name change to Eureka D. Huggard. The photo also shows that her gender maker has been updated from male to female. Eureka wrote in the caption:

“International Women’s Day! In the eyes of God and Now the Law! I’m a woman!”

Eureka first gathered worldwide attention when she was cast in season nine of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

Merck, the New Jersey-based pharmaceutical company, was hit with an antitrust class action Friday in the Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over its rotavirus vaccine, RotaTeq. The complaint contends that Merck incentivized competitor GlaxoSmithKline to maintain high prices for its rotavirus vaccine instead of competing with Merck. The plaintiffs argue that this incentive caused less competitive pressure on Merck to reduce the pricing of RotaTeq.
