Attorney for Jackson Mahomes requests Johnson County judge to allow him to file documents under seal
The attorney for Jackson Mahomes has requested a Johnson County judge to allow his client to file some documents under seal. An online court document states that Mahomes’ attorney requested a Johnson County judge to allow Mahomes to “file a motion and affidavit under seal.” Mahomes, the social media influencer who was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of battery related to an incident on Feb. 25, 2023, at Aspen’s, last appeared in court on a bond hearing. Earlier this month, the District Court of Johnson County, Kan., released a probable cause statement detailing some of the allegations against Mahomes. A preliminary hearing has been set in the case for Aug. 31.
